Supplied by us
Effective quantities from your company’s own customer supplies, with grade, unit, date and source.
Served vessels
BDN360 combines your company’s delivery history with AIS-based consumption estimates, so the assigned trader can review a likely buying window and contact the right buyer.
Early access We’ll confirm whether your delivery records and vessel coverage can support useful follow-up before enabling the workflow for your workspace.
From supply to follow-up
Each stage preserves the difference between what your company knows, what BDN360 estimates and what still needs confirmation.
See your company’s deliveries with grade, quantity, date and source. Corrections remain linked to the earlier record.
Estimate fuel use from available AIS activity and vessel details. Show data gaps and the assumptions behind the estimate.
When the stock basis and future activity support it, show a likely buying window and contact-by date. When they do not, show the missing evidence.
Give the assigned trader a follow-up. The trader contacts the buyer, records the outcome and creates or links an enquiry when the buyer confirms a need.
Illustrative product view
The workflow keeps delivery facts, estimates, scenarios and people in clearly labelled places. A trader can see why a follow-up is suggested before deciding how to act.

Reading the vessel view
Each number is labelled so your team can tell a delivery fact from a planning estimate.
Effective quantities from your company’s own customer supplies, with grade, unit, date and source.
A dated fuel-onboard figure shared by a buyer, operator or surveyor; it has not necessarily been independently checked.
Estimated fuel use based on available vessel activity, with gaps and assumptions shown.
A fuel-onboard estimate based on a reported starting figure or stated range, later supplies and estimated use.
Suggested dates based on available fuel information, expected activity and buying lead time.
A suggested date for the trader to contact the buyer, considering lead time and customer arrangements.
Designed for uncertainty
Estimated fuel use can still help the trader when the starting fuel balance is unknown. The view will not show a precise fuel-onboard or run-out date without a sound basis.
Silence does not mean zero consumption. Coverage and material gaps remain visible so the scenario can widen or pause.
Your delivery history is not the vessel’s complete bunkering history. Movement near a bunker vessel may prompt a question, but never inserts a guessed delivery.
Keep each relationship distinct
The vessel, your company, the customer account, the current buyer contact and the assigned trader stay separate. This helps the follow-up reach the right person when buying responsibility changes.
A confirmed customer need can become a BDN360 enquiry, with port, date, products and quantities still proposed until reviewed. No buyer message is sent automatically.
